1.1 The terms and conditions set out below govern participation in this Instagram competition ( “1st prize: "Brine floating day for two", admission to the Brine Spa and Sauna World incl. bathing area and sauna in the Albert Spa). Bathing area and sauna in the Albert Bad, Elsteraner salt & oil peeling, infrared deep heat, refreshing vitality drink in the Soletherme restaurant and bathrobe“ , “2. Prize:  Day ticket for two persons for the saltwater spa and sauna world Bad Elster” and “3rd prize: 1x Rasul for two persons (oriental care ceremonial)”) . Organised by Tourismusverband Vogtland e.V., Göltzschtalstraße 16, 08209 Auerbach, www.vogtland-tourismus.de and the collection, processing and use of data provided by participants to Tourismusverband Vogtland e.V. in connection with participation in the prize draw übermitt.

1.2 The competition on our Instagram feed is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram and does not give rise to any legal claims against Instagram. All information within the scope of the competitions is provided exclusively by the Vogtland Tourist Association as the organiser.

2. Conditions of Participation

.

 

2.1 The competition is a limited-time promotion of the Tourismusverband Vogtland e.V. It starts on 21.03.2023, 11:00 am and ends on 28.03.2023 at 11:59 pm.

 

2.2 All natural persons acting in their own name who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of the Vogtland Tourist Association and any participating cooperation partners as well as their relatives are excluded from participation. Eligible are persons who interact according to the procedure mentioned in the posting

2.3 Entry is by liking and commenting on the competition post on

Instagram. In the comment you have to answer the question, "How many years is the Königlich Sächsisches Staatsbad in Bad Elster celebrating? Furthermore, all participants must be followers of the site “vogtland_tourismus” and “saechsische_staatsbaeder”. Participants agree not to post or share any illegal content.

 

2.4 The posted text and image contribution must not infringe the rights of third parties.

 

2.5 The Vogtland Tourist Association reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate these terms and conditions of participation or who gain or intend to gain an advantage over other participants by improperly influencing or manipulating the competition. In such cases, the organiser may also exclude participants from the competition at a later date, withdraw prizes and reclaim them.

2.6 Each entrant can only enter the competition once and entry is only possible within the aforementioned time limit.

 

3. Settlement

 

3.1 The prize includes: 3 prizes for one winner each 

 

1st prize:  "Brine floating day for two people" Admission to the brine spa and sauna world incl. bathing area and sauna in the Albert Bad. Bathing area and sauna in the Albert Bad, Elsteraner salt Öl peeling,  Infrared deep warmth, refreshing vitality drink in the restaurant of the brine thermal bath and rental bath

3. prize: 1x Rasul für two persons (oriental care ceremonial)

 

 

3.2 The prize will be determined by drawing lots. One person per prize will be determined

3.3 The exchange of the prize is excluded. The claim to the prize is not transferable. The participant may renounce the prize. The legal process is excluded.

<3.4 The prize will be sent to the winner by post. If the contact details provided by the participant are incomplete or incorrect (e.g. incorrect address), the Vogtland Tourist Board is not obliged to ascertain the correct details. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact data shall be borne by the participant.

 

4. Early termination

The Vogtland Tourist Association reserves the right to change, cancel or terminate the competition without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. The latter applies in particular if software and/or hardware errors occur and/or other technical and/or legal reasons influence the regular and proper implementation of the competition or make it impossible.

 

5. Liability

.

 

Win prizes provided by cooperation partners or prize sponsors are generally not offered by the Vogtland Tourist Association in its own name but in the name of the prize sponsors. In such cases, the Vogtland Tourist Association is not responsible for the timely and complete payment of the prize or for material or legal defects.

 

6. Data Protection

.

 

6.1 For the purpose of determining the prize, the Tourismusverband Vogtland e.V. will collect and store all Instagram names of the participants. Address data will only be collected from the winners. No data will be passed on to third parties.

 

6.2 Participants' data (winner's email and address) will only be collected and used to the extent permitted by law or with the participants' consent. The data will be deleted after the end of the competition and will only be stored for the duration of the competition.

6.3 Upon request in writing or in text form, participants may at any time request information from the Vogtland Tourist Association as to which personal data is stored by the Vogtland Tourist Association and request its correction and/or deletion as well as revoke data usage consents.

7.1 Participants may not make any claims against Instagram arising in connection with their participation in the Competition.

7.3 All information and data provided by participants or made available will only be made available to the Vogtland Tourism Association. If postings are made on Instagram, the general terms of use and data protection information of Instagram shall apply.
