The hotel and restaurant Tannenhaus was rebuilt in 2018. The 120 km comprehensive network of hiking trails begins right from the hotel with access to the quality hiking trail Kammweg Erzgebirge-Vogtland, the more than 260 km long MTB cycle tour network divided into 9 circuits and the approx. 30 km long Schönecker local cross-country trail with the start of the legendary Kammloipe, which is one of the snow-surest The alpine ski center Skiwelt Schöneck with lifts, slopes, ski rental, ski courses and the popular Hüttenwirt as well as the Bikewelt Schöneck with a downhill bike park and a large MTB practice course are only a few meters away. Getting there

Leave the A72 motorway at the Plauen-Süd exit and take the B92/E49 in the direction of Bad Elster/Oelsnitz. Follow the road for 7 km past Oelsnitz until you turn left in the direction of Klingenthal/Schoeneck. Drive through the small towns of Görnitz, Tirschendorf, Willitzgrün and Arnoldsgrün and you have already reached Schöneck.Follow the signs for the ski area to the roundabout - take the third exit and then the Tannenhaus is approx. 200 m away.
