Zeulenroda City Hall

The classicistic-style gem attracts visitors with the famous view from its tower.

The classicistic city hall of Zeulenroda was built between 1825 and 1827 according to plans by the hosier Christian Heinrich Schopper. A figure of the Greek goddess Themis crowns the tower of the stately building, and is lovingly referred to at “Gette” by the locals.

A stunning view of the city and its surroundings rewards those who dare to climb up the city hall’s tower.
